SELF CARE ~ CHILL TIME
We will engage in yoga, breath work and meditation exercises to help you connect to your body and release the tension built up from your day-to-day life with plenty of chill time at the beach. Fun activities are part of the retreat to enjoy the local wildlife and blend with the natural elements.
INSPIRATION
This retreat is inspired by my first trip to Costa Rica in 2022. I totally let go and allowed myself to JUST BE. I became very clear in my mind and body. One day, while sitting in the ocean, my heart opened wide, I merged with the sun, sky, sand and water and lost the feeling of my body. It was total bliss. It was then my soul spoke to me and guided me to move to Costa Rica. This profound event changed the course of my life. Two years later I moved to Costa Rica and now I'm thrilled to share this "Rich Coast" with you.

I am passionate about connecting you to your heart and embodying your soul. When we are centered in our heart we can create an amazing life from love.
I am a retreat leader incorporating all my skills as an energy healer, yoga teacher, meditation teacher, guide and channel. It is my pleasure to serve you in listening to your soul's guidance to create your best and happiest life.
Elizabeth A. Wright founded her company, Spirit Works, in 2007 and has been in practice for 20 years as an energy healer and soul guide helping transform people's lives from the inside out. She taught yoga in Santa Fe and led a Goddess Retreat in 2014 and published her first book in 2012. She obtained her hypnosis certification in 2017, yoga certification in 2010, and energy healing certification in 2003. She has taught numerous energy healing workshops and led guided healing meditations for large groups.
Women's Group Retreat
Accommodates up to 23 people. There are 14 rooms total with shared options.
You will enjoy 7 nights in a tropical resort hotel near Carrillo Beach in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Enjoy delicious chef-prepared fresh food, a massage, group energy healing and meditation, daily morning yoga, dancing, chill time at the beach, horse back riding, a dolphin, snorkeling and sunset boat tour. You can book additional activities in your free time if you so desire (not included).
Immerse yourself in divine nature, swim in the pool and ocean, take long walks on the beach. Enjoy the beauty while you relax, renew and reset.

SAMPLE ITINERARY
DAY 1 - September 1st
Arrive at Liberia Airport (LIR), where a driver will meet you and bring you to the Resort. It's about a 2.5 hour drive so enjoy the countryside. Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm and then you can get settled in. If you are coming from Costa Rica, I will give you the directions to the Resort when you register.
Below is the itinerary of Day 2, our first full day together. I will send you a complete itinerary prior to your arrival. Wherever you see "other activity" below indicates where we will be doing something different than what you see listed below and the order of activities may vary depending on the weather.
ACTIVITIES
- 3-hour dolphin tour and snorkeling

- Choice of 2-hour horse back ride, turtle tour or ocean kayaking and snorkel

ACCOMMODATION AND INVESTMENT
Each room sits in a beautiful tropical resort hotel in the jungle near Carrillo Beach, Costa Rica on the Pacific ocean side. The resort is surrounded by nature where you can enjoy the wildlife. All rooms are on the ground level with a patio, AC, WIFI, Smart TV, refrigerator and coffee maker. Daily maid service is included and laundry can be done onsite for a fee.
INVESTMENT
The investment of the all-inclusive retreat is $2775 for a queen bed. The single beds and shared beds are $2500 per person. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to REGISTER and the remainder is due 30 days later. Financing options are available for remaining payments with the final payment due 30 days prior to the retreat, on August 1st.

1 Queen bed and 1 single bed and bath room. Sleeps up to 3 guests.
2 BEDROOM APARTMENT - 3 Apartments available
1 Queen bed and 2 singles, kitchen, lounge room and bath room. Sleeps up to 4 guests.
Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their flights.
Book your travel into LIBERIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (LIR) in Costa Rica arriving on Sunday, September 1, 2024 and departing on Sunday, September 8.
It is very important that you select the earliest arrival flights into LIR to ensure you arrive on-site the day of the retreat beginning.
Shuttle service will be provided from the airport to the resort and also on return to LIR at the end of the retreat. The drive from the airport to the retreat resort is approximately 2.5 hours.

WHAT TO BRING
The first week in September is peaceful in Carrillo. The weather is variable and there may be rain at times with an average of 6 hours of sunshine a day. Temperatures range from 72 - 80 degrees.
Please bring your passport, swim suits, sarongs, cover-ups, a beach towel, sunscreen, bug spray, hats, flip flops, sneakers, socks, light comfortable clothes, a light rain jacket, phone charger, a small umbrella, a bag to carry your beach stuff, a journal, and a yoga mat. You can bring your yoga mat as a carry-on on the plane.
