Creating from Love

While the world continues to unravel, many of us are unraveling too. And by that I mean, we are changing from one form to another. Similar to a ball of yarn that is slowly unwound and knit into a sweater. The shift that is taking place is all about transformation, on an individual level as well as a whole. In order to live in a different world, we need to ch-ch-change, and that starts with each one of us doing our own inner work and re-inventing ourselves.
We are being supported by the energies, the Universe and the planets to really become better versions of ourselves so we can birth a new era, a new paradigm. It is time to up level, up grade, expand and rebirth into a higher version of who we are….into our higher self and soul version. Just like a computer upgrades to a new version 10.1.2, we can upgrade our human self to a better version.

Mother Earth has already changed her frequency to a higher octave. Frequency and vibration are the key to creating a new reality. When we exist in a higher frequency, all of the lower level energies dissipate as they are no longer compatible with the higher energies. I experienced 8 blissful hours in the 7th dimension where no fear exists. I felt only love and it was…amazing! There was no negativity at all. It was if I was in Heaven on Earth. And I was. I was in Heaven on Earth.

Being in a different dimension in a body is possible for each one of us. Right now many people are making the shift from the 3rd dimension to the 5th dimension. It’s still you living in your body, you don’t go anywhere, you are just having a different reality which is based on the frequency your cells are vibrating. Your consciousness is what upgrades. If all the people on this planet were to be in the 7th dimension, we would eliminate all war, disease, poverty, hate, etc… That is where we are heading. They say by 2032 humans will be existing in the 7th dimension on earth.

“Frequency is measured in hertz (Hz) and megahertz (MHz). The hertz measurement is the number of waves that pass by per second. If the time it takes for an energy wave to pass is 1/2 second, the frequency is 2 per second. If it takes 1/100 of an hour, the frequency is 100 per hour. Usually frequency is measured in the hertz unit, named in honor of the 19th-century German physicist Heinrich Rudolf Hertz. The hertz measurement, abbreviated Hz, is the number of waves that pass by per second. For example, an “A” note on a violin string vibrates at about 440 Hz (440 vibrations per second).”

Raising our vibration and shifting our frequency requires us to make different choices. Choices that align with our highest good. It starts with what you are putting into your body. Every food and drink has a vibration. Take, for example, your morning routine. Most people reach for a cup of coffee. But what exactly is that coffee doing to your body, your brain, your cells, your blood? Coffee vibrates at a lower frequency and is considered acidic, while herbal tea, green drinks and mushroom elixirs vibrate at a higher frequency and are considered alkaline. If you are putting 2 to three cups of coffee into your body every single day for 20 – 40 years, it’s going to have an effect of creating an acidic environment where disease can grow. It’s also going to tap your adrenals and leave you feeling exhausted. Your energy needs to come from your core, not from an external source. If you eliminate it altogether as well as other acidic producing foods and drinks, you will be doing yourself a favor.

Raising our vibration means that we shift gears to a higher level. When you do this, new thoughts come in, you have higher emotions such as joy, compassion, love, you are basically interacting with the world in a completely different way than when you’re vibrating at a lower frequency.

Our bodies are changing from carbon-based to crystalline-based so that we can become more “light” and vibrate at higher frequencies so we can access the Heaven that exists on earth. It’s a frequency. I literally had to dance with the devil and walk through hell to get there though, so ….lol, it’s a trade off. If you don’t perish in the initiation period (years of challenges, obstacles and tests), then when you climb your mountain and pass the tests, you get the grace. That’s how it works, folks. I didn’t design this system, God did and it’s pretty wild! You literally have to be a warrior to make it through.

I didn’t realize how strong and powerful I am. I thought I was weak, and I played the victim role for a long time. I kept seeking everything outside of myself, acknowledgement, praise, financial support and love. Now I get all of those things from me. Being empowered is so much more fun, let me tell you! I highly recommend it! I used to be so helpless and now I AM a Golden Goddess, full of gratitude, grace and Infinite Abundance!!!! This is the new me! I love her!

Once we reach the top of our mountain, we realize that it’s all for us. All of it. It’s all love. And only when you create from love will you be able to live the life of your dreams. When you create from fear you will experience failure whether it’s a job you hate that you’re staying in to pay the bills, or a toxic relationship that you’re staying in because you are afraid you can’t pay the bills or whatever….if you’re doing it out of fear, it’s just not going to work because the foundation is sick. Fear is a disease. We are meant to use the fear for fuel to make the necessary changes.
When we create our lives for the right reasons, from a place of love, from our hearts where our true power lies, sharing our gifts with the world and only allowing the people in to your innermost circle whom you deeply align and resonate with….then success will inevitably follow. And… it will be amazing! You’ll actually enjoy your life! You’ll wake up every day excited for what you get to create the day ahead by setting your intentions throughout the day.

Now, ask yourself, which are you doing? Be honest. I spent most of my life creating out of fear because I didn’t own my power. And it’s ok. Because now I do own my power and I’m doing something different. I stumbled through it all. Now I’m clear, present, aligned and lit up! If I can do it, so can you. If you’re not in your power yet, simply accepting yourself for who you are and where you’re at right now is the first step.

Loving all of yourself is the key to your total integration. It’s the only way. Love is the way. Love is the answer. Only love is real. Love is all there is. All of these sayings we’ve heard are true. And Lord knows, what the world needs now more than anything else is TRUTH and LOVE.
